How long to get my dedicated server?
If the order link works, the server is in stock and ready to be provisioned. Servers are usually provisioned within 12 - 18 hours of ordering.

How do I access my server?
Most of our servers will have a KVM, IDrac, IPMI dedicated management interface which is an out of band management utility. Using this you can control your server remotely as if you were sitting in front of it. You can enter the bios, reboot, install software and change boot device, etc. If your server does not have a management interface, we can attach a KVM to it.

Will you attach an ISO to my server in case I have a slow internet connection?
Absolutely! If your home or office experiences speeds not fast enough to install an operating system, you can give us a link to your requested ISO and we will attach it for you.

Are you an affiliate or reseller for some other company or companies?
We are not resellers and fully own our infrastructure including IP addresses. We have directly allocated and leased IP addresses.

Do you permit mining on your servers?
We currently do not permit mining or mining like activity on any server under $70 or any server which was ordered during a promotion or discounted price.

What is your bulk mail policy?
We generally do not permit our servers to be used for mass mailing without our prior notification and consent. If you intend to use our servers for mailing, please contact us before starting any such activity.

Can you tell me about your network?
As of Feb-23, we run our own network AS62633 https://whois.arin.net/rest/asn/AS62633.html, https://bgpview.io/asn/62633 peered with a single entitiy which is our upstream provider. As we add more locations, our network and peering partners will both increase.

What are the advantages of a dedicated server?
Having a dedicated server gives you complete control over the entire physical server with no shared resources. You get the entire disk i/o, network and processors completely to your needs. Another advantage is that you don't have to deal with any scheduled or unscheduled node maintenance.
