Bulk mailing is known as programmatically or manually sending mass mail. This could be for any reason but, we have observed it mainly used to send out mail marketing messages.
As stated in our Terms of Service which you should read at https://servercheap.com/policy/terms-of-service/ this is not permitted.
ServerCheap does not want to contribute to sending spam over the internet and does not permit using our servers and network for the purpose of bulk mailing. If you do have any similar use case, please contact us prior to engaging in any such activity so we can determine if it will comply with our acceptable use policy.
