At times an invoice may end up being paid more than once. This is usually by accident and not deliberate, and happens mostly when an invoice is generated which already has a subscription created, but then also is manually paid resulting in an overpayment.
On our system, anytime that an invoice is overpaid or an overpayment is created for any reason, we will add that excess payment to your account as credit. You can then use that credit to apply towards a future invoice.
